At Onetara Realty, I evaluated the market, chose Perfex CRM (self-hosted, one-time $65 licence), and deployed it on private hosting — replacing a Google Sheets-based lead workflow and avoiding ₹25,000+/month in enterprise SaaS costs. Then I configured lifecycle stages, lead routing logic, and trained a 50+ member team. Zero disruption.
